Statement of interest: I have enjoyed my time at DePaul immensely and am looking to become more involved in the Graduate community.   During my short time being involved in GWB, I have been truly empowered to become a strong female presence and juggle the unique challenges that come along with it.  As the VP of Membership, I would like to educate others to the network of successful female leaders that got their start at DePaul.  Networking is a large part of my professional life as a Recruiter; I am confident that I can transfer that into growing the membership of the GWB group.

Program/concentration and year of expected graduation: Operations Management / Supply Chain Management

Description of current job: I am an IT Recruiter for a small global firm that focuses solely on SAP (a specialized ERP system).  I am responsible for sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates and presenting the most relevant professionals to my clients.  I create marketing materials to send out to candidates and do a lot of networking in order to meet a variety of professionals.  I must get my name out into the SAP-community so that when a candidate is ready for their next professional opportunity, I am the person that they call for assistance.
